Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tasty Town (tastytown.in), we strive to provide our customers with the best dining and food delivery experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds will be processed for orders placed with us.

1. Order Cancellation

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order by contacting us at 7454978847 or emailing tastytown680@gmail.com.
- Once food preparation has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Restaurant-Initiated Cancellation:
- Tasty Town reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:
  - Non-availability of items,
  - Delivery location being outside our serviceable area,
  - Technical issues with online ordering, or
  - Any unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, the customer will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be initiated.

2. Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds:
- If payment was made online and the order is cancelled (as per conditions above), the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If the order is not delivered due to a fault of Tasty Town (e.g., delivery delay beyond 90 minutes, food not prepared), a full refund will be provided.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address or contact number.
- If the customer is unavailable/unreachable at the time of delivery.
- If the food has already been prepared/dispatched at the time of cancellation request.
- Taste preferences or dissatisfaction with the food (since food is a perishable item, refunds cannot be granted for personal preferences).

3. Modification of Orders

Modifications (change of items, address, etc.) can only be requested within 5 minutes of placing the order.
After that, changes may not be possible.
